Application

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipe, the general steel pipe is galvanized. Galvanized steel pipe is divided into hot dip galvanized and electric galvanized two, hot dip galvanized galvanized layer is thick, electric galvanized cost is low, the surface is not very smooth. The oxygen blowing welding pipe is used as the oxygen blowing pipe in steelmaking. Generally, it is a small-diameter welded steel pipe, with eight specifications of 3/8-2 inches. Made of 08, 10, 15, 20 or 195-Q235 steel strip, in order to prevent corrosion, some need to be effectively aluminized.

The galvanized pipe adopts the sulfate electrogalvanized iron alloy technology, so that the holes between the grooving of the production line are straight through without any solution out or overflow. Each working procedure of the production process is composed of the circulation system, the tank solution is acid alkali solution, electroplating solution, light and passivation solution, etc., only recycling does not leak or discharge to the system, the production line is only set up 5 cleaning tanks, recycling regular discharge, especially the passivation after no cleaning of no wastewater production process.

Stable delivery time

If products is stock , about 7-10days can delivery after received deposit.

If custom products ,  100tons about 20-25days , exceed 100tons within 300tons about 40-50days , exceed 300tons, within 60days .
