Product Process

The normal grades of the color coated coil are S280GD,S320GD,S350GD,S500GD,S550GD+z.

The color coated coil has good adhesion, easy to process molding, color and luster selection wide, low price and other characteristics, but its corrosion resistance, uv resistance and resistance to powder performance is

 general, so it is not suitable for industrial and heavy pollution environment. Our color coated coil has bright colors. They are rich in color, bright and unfading. Special colors can be customized.Our color coated 

coils are durable and long lasting. The color coated coil is cost-effective. They are wide range of use. We also can provide high strength customization and various zinc layer customization. The zinc coating is 40g/㎡-275g/㎡.

 Feature

PPGI steel coil has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed.

1. Polyester (PE) has good adhesion, rich colors, wide range of moldability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance and low cost

2. Silicon modified polyester (SMP) has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, good external durability and pulverization resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility and medium cost

3. High durability polyester (HDP), excellent color retention and ultraviolet resistance, excellent outdoor durability and pulverization resistance, good adhesion of paint film, rich colors and excellent cost performance.

4. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has excellent color retention and ultraviolet resistance, excellent outdoor durability and pulverization resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited color and high cost.

Application

PPGI steel coil is mainly used in advertising, construction, household appliances, electrical appliances, furniture and transportation. Suitable resins are selected for the coatings used in color coated rolls according

to different use environments. such as polyester-silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. The user can choose according to the purpose.

Stable delivery time

If products is stock , about 7-10days can delivery after received deposit.

If custom products ,  100tons about 20-25days , exceed 100tons within 300tons about 40-50days , exceed 300tons, within 60days .
